What happens if there's bad weather?
No outdoor sessions are able to happen/continue in the event of bad weather due to high potential of equipment damage. If you have an outdoor session planned and there is bad weather, your specialist will contact you to reschedule your session.
Do You Offer Mini Sessions/Specials?
Minis and specials are offered throughout the year. Check out our current events to see when they will be offered next.
Do You Provide Raw Photos?
Contact us for raw image investments.
How soon will I receive my photos?
Portrait sessions generally have a 2 week turnaround time, while weddings and events generally have a 4-6 week turnaround time. These times will often vary from session to session, giving you faster turnarounds or slightly longer.
Do You Charge Traveling Fees?
Any travel greater than 5 miles from Charlotte, NC, there is a travel fee of $4/mile. Any travel greater than 3 hours, travel accommodations must be provided.
Do You Provide Boudoir Services?
We do not offer boudoir services. We can make photographer recommendations if you are seeking this service.
Can I get a refund if I cancel my booking?
Booking deposits are non-refundable. In the event we (Dreamz The Creator) must cancel our booking agreement, a full refund will be issued within 3-4 business days.
What is a Fully Edited photo?
Fully edited photos have gone through a photo correction, enhancement, and color grading process. This ensures you receive the best quality image possible.
